**Job Title**: Data Entry - Work from Home

**About the Role**:  
As a Data Entry professional at KPCA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data management and processing. Your efforts will directly support our operational efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

**What You'll Do**:  
- Input and maintain accurate data in our systems, achieving a minimum accuracy rate of 98%.  
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, enhancing data integrity by 20%.  
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, aiming to reduce processing time by 15%.  
- Generate and distribute data reports to stakeholders on a weekly basis, ensuring timely access to critical information.  
- Support the development of data entry best practices, leading to improved efficiency and reduced error rates.  
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members by providing training on data entry protocols and tools.  
- Monitor and track data entry metrics, contributing to quarterly performance reviews and identifying areas for improvement.  

**Required Qualifications**:  
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.  
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year in a remote work environment.  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software.  
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines.  
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  

**Nice to Have**:  
- Experience with database management or CRM systems.  
- Basic understanding of data analysis principles.  
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack or Zoom.  
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
