Full-time Environmental Project Manager position available; successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of environmental investigation and remediation  projects.   Requirements: BS degree in a related discipline (e.g., geology, civil or environmental engineering, environmental science, or the like) and five (5)+ years relevant environmental field and office experience required.  Must possess excellent field oversight and decision-making skills relating to various multi-media contracting and sampling activities (drilling, excavation, injection, etc.).  Also need associated written communication and technical report writing skills.  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.  Current certifications for 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER, confined space entry and/or experience with GIS mapping a plus.  Lead and asbestos certifications also a plus.  Working knowledge of the NJDEP Technical Regulations required.

Hormel Nature Center, a division of our park and recreation department. The ideal candidate would be able to start January 2, 2027. The successful candidate will: Teach environmental, conservation, and outdoor education to all ages. The intern will work most often with children in grades preschool through 8th grade. Teach in a variety of learning environments rain or shine, including our Nature Center and surrounding property, our Sola Fide Observatory, and on offsite trips.
