**What You'll Do**:
- Input and update data into databases and systems with a target accuracy rate of 99% or higher.
- Verify and validate data entries to ensure compliance with company standards and reduce errors by at least 15%.
- Generate and maintain reports on data entry activity, contributing to monthly performance reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes, aiming for a 20% reduction in entry time.
- Respond to and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner, maintaining a resolution rate of 90% within 48 hours.
- Assist with data audits to ensure quality control and recommend process improvements.
- Support other administrative tasks as necessary to enhance team productivity.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field with a minimum of 1 year.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail.
