**Job Title**: Data Entry Clerk

**About the Role**:  
As a Data Entry Clerk at KPCA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your attention to detail will contribute to informed decision-making processes across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling better service delivery.

**What You'll Do**:  
- Input, update, and maintain data in various systems with a target accuracy rate of 98% or higher.  
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.  
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, aiming to reduce data entry time by 15%.  
- Generate and distribute data reports to support departmental decision-making, adhering to deadlines.  
- Assist in the training of new staff on data entry procedures, contributing to team knowledge sharing.  
- Respond to data-related inquiries promptly, maintaining an average response time of 24 hours.  
- Support special projects related to data management, helping to drive process improvements.

**Required Qualifications**:  
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.  
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.  
- Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 50 words per minute and a strong attention to detail.  
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.  
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.  
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Nice to Have**:  
- Experience with data entry software and tools, such as CRM systems or ERP systems.  
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.  
- Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques and tools.
