**Job Title**: Data Entry Clerk

**About the Role**:  
As a Data Entry Clerk at KPCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your contributions will support key business decisions and enhance our operational effectiveness.

**What You'll Do**:  
- Enter and maintain high volumes of data with a target accuracy rate of 99% to ensure data integrity.  
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, aiming for a 20% reduction in processing time.  
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify inconsistencies and implement corrective actions, contributing to improved data quality.  
- Generate and distribute weekly reports on data entry progress and accuracy metrics to management.  
- Assist in the development of data entry protocols and best practices, leading to a more efficient workflow.  
- Provide support to other departments by fulfilling data requests promptly, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration.  
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring timely updates and corrections to preserve data accuracy.

**Required Qualifications**:  
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.  
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.  
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with basic knowledge of database management.  
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Nice to Have**:  
- Experience with data entry software or CRM systems.  
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software.  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
