- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems to enhance retrieval efficiency by 30%.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues, achieving a resolution rate of 95%.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and respond to internal and external communications promptly, maintaining a response rate of 90% within 24 hours.

**Required Qualifications**:
