**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to Executive Directors

**About the Role**:  
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the Executive Directors at KPCA. By providing high-level administrative support, this position will ensure streamlined operations and facilitate effective decision-making, ultimately contributing to the organization’s strategic goals.

**What You'll Do**:  
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings that increase productivity by 20% through effective time management.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for board meetings and executive presentations, ensuring 100% readiness for each event.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system, improving document retrieval time by 30%.
- Act as a liaison between Executive Directors and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong communication channels that enhance collaboration.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to executive initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and contributing to a 15% improvement in project turnaround times.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries, optimizing travel costs and enhancing overall experience.

**Required Qualifications**:  
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, evidenced by a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.

**Nice to Have**:  
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or familiarity with KPCA’s mission and goals.
- Knowledge of CRM software or other data management systems.
- Certification in project management or executive administration.
- Multilingual proficiency that enhances communication with diverse stakeholders.
