**What You'll Do**  
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases to maintain data integrity, aiming for a 98% accuracy rate.
- Verify and validate data entries against source documents, reducing errors by at least 15% quarterly.
- Generate reports on data trends and discrepancies to support data-driven insights for management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, boosting efficiency by 20% within the first six months.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices.
- Manage data storage and retrieval systems to ensure timely access to information, improving turnaround time by 30%.
- Provide support in training new staff on data entry procedures, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience.

**Required Qualifications**  
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
