- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, aiming to boost customer satisfaction scores by 20%.  
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records and insights.  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve product issues, reducing response time by 30%.  
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.  
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, contributing to team performance.

**Required Qualifications**:
