**Job Title**: Customer Services Representative

By effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues, you will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and support, leading to a 15% increase in customer retention.

**What You'll Do**  
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, aiming for a response time of under 2 minutes.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, targeting a first-contact resolution rate of 85%.
- Process orders and manage returns, ensuring accuracy to maintain a 98% order fulfillment rate.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, driving improvements in service delivery by 20%.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience, contributing to a 10% increase in upselling rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system to support data-driven decision-making.

**Required Qualifications**  
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
