**What You'll Do**:  
- Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to achieve a 95% guest satisfaction score or higher.  
- Implement streamlined check-in and check-out processes, reducing wait times by 20%.  
- Monitor and manage daily front office operations, ensuring adherence to KPCA's standards and policies.  
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, leading to a 15% increase in repeat business.  
- Analyze front office performance metrics and develop action plans to improve service quality and operational efficiency.  
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery, enhancing overall guest experience.  
- Train and mentor staff on customer service excellence and operational best practices, improving team performance ratings by 30%.

**Required Qualifications**:  
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.  
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.  
- Proven track record of achieving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.  
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff effectively.  
- Proficient in front office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
