Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at KPCA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Your efforts will directly support data-driven decision-making processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency within the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, ensuring a 99% accuracy rate in data entry.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, contributing to streamlined reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data for projects, driving a 15% improvement in project completion timelines.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports, providing insights that support informed decision-making across departments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to data inquiries from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering strictly to company policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
