Job Description

As a Cashier Customer Service representative at KPCA, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently processing transactions and addressing customer inquiries. Your contributions will directly enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

What You'll Do:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a 98% accuracy rate in cash handling.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, aiming for a resolution rate of 90% on first contact.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, achieving an environment that meets company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive sales promotions, contributing to a 10% increase in promotional sales each quarter.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to management, helping to identify areas for improvement with a focus on enhancing service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers, aiming for a 95% success rate in upselling.
  • Assist in training new cashiers, fostering a supportive team environment and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
