As a Data Entry Specialist at KPCA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems. By efficiently inputting and organizing data, you will support our operational effectiveness and contribute to informed decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Input and update data in our systems with 99% accuracy, ensuring reliable information for reporting and analysis.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies and implement corrective actions to drive data quality improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, aiming for a 30% reduction in processing time.
- Generate and distribute weekly data reports to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Respond to data inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring all requests are fulfilled within 24 hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry procedures, contributing to a knowledgeable and efficient team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles with at least 1 year in a remote setting.
