As a Recruitment and Admissions Assistant at KPCA, you will play a vital role in attracting and onboarding top talent while enhancing our admissions process. Your efforts will directly contribute to a more efficient recruitment cycle and improved candidate experience, ultimately driving a 15% increase in successful hires and enrollment.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders to achieve a 90% candidate satisfaction rate.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies that drive a 20% increase in qualified applicants for open positions.
  • Manage the admissions process, from application review to enrollment, aiming to streamline operations and reduce processing time by 25%.

Required Qualifications
