As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our executive team to focus on strategic priorities by managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Objectives

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges to optimize executive productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including board and committee sessions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and other administrative processes.
  • Support onboarding and coordination for executive-level events and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in corporate, nonprofit, or professional services environments is an advantage.
  • Project management or event coordination experience is a plus.
