KPCA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. Key Objectives

  • Efficiently manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action items.
  • Support project management and special initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize complex calendars, ensuring optimal time management for executives.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as needed.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
