Key Objectives

  • Support the efficient operation of KPCA through effective administrative assistance.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supply management.
  • Support event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and project follow-ups.
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, record keeping, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
