Key Objectives

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets.
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online data analysis, preferably within digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and visualization using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
