Job Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily operations and helping lead the next phase of Rapid Recycle's growth. This includes staff supervision, workflow management, financial oversight, compliance, customer service, relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities.
An essential part of the role will involve expanding the client base, strengthening existing relationships, and building new revenue streams. The ideal candidate has strong operational instincts, as well as the initiative and confidence to pursue new business, refine pricing strategy, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
