Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and team members.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Support event planning and logistics for company meetings or industry-related functions.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within the Gambling & Casinos or hospitality sector.
