**Job Title**: Data Entry Clerk

**About the Role**  
As a Data Entry Clerk at KPCA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your contributions will directly impact our operational effectiveness and support our decision-making through reliable data.

**What You'll Do**  
- Input, update, and maintain data in various databases with a target accuracy rate of 98% or higher.  
- Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and rectify discrepancies, driving a 15% reduction in data errors.  
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, resulting in a 20% increase in overall productivity.  
- Generate and prepare reports on data trends and metrics for management review, contributing to informed business strategies.  
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry guidelines to enhance consistency and compliance.  
- Respond to inquiries regarding data records, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to internal stakeholders.  
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.

**Required Qualifications**  
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.  
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data management tools.  
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.  
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  

**Nice to Have**  
- Experience with data entry software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.  
- Familiarity with basic data analysis concepts and tools.
