**Job Title**: Cashier/Customer Service Associate

**About the Role**:  
As a Cashier/Customer Service Associate at KPCA, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for our customers. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, driving sales and fostering a positive brand image.

**What You'll Do**:  
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, targeting a 98% accuracy rate in cash handling.  
- Provide exceptional customer service, aiming for a 90% customer satisfaction score based on feedback surveys.  
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations, contributing to a 15% increase in upsells and cross-sells.  
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.  
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and inventory management, aiming for a 10% reduction in stock discrepancies.  
- Handle customer returns and exchanges smoothly, with a focus on minimizing wait times to under 5 minutes.  
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about products and promotions, enhancing team knowledge and performance.  

**Required Qualifications**:  
- High school diploma or equivalent.  
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.  
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
