**What You'll Do**:
- Input, update, and maintain data in our databases with 99% accuracy to support operational needs.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, driving a reduction in data errors by at least 15% monthly.
- Compile and generate reports to provide insights for management, delivering at least 5 reports per week.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes, aiming for a 20% increase in data processing speed.
- Assist in the development of data entry protocols and best practices to enhance overall data integrity.
- Monitor data entry workflows and suggest improvements, contributing to a 10% increase in team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain confidentiality standards in all data handling.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field with a minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work and accuracy.
