**Job Title**: Data Entry Clerk

**About the Role**:  
As a Data Entry Clerk at KPCA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to improved operational efficiency and informed decision-making across the organization.

**What You'll Do**:  
- Input and update data into our database with a target accuracy rate of 98% or higher.  
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies, improving data quality by 20%.  
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, reducing turnaround time by 15%.  
- Generate and distribute reports for management review, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.  
- Assist in the training of new staff on data entry protocols, enhancing team productivity.  
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.  
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall team success.

**Required Qualifications**:  
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.  
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a minimum of 1 year in a professional environment.  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.  
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
