- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, aiming for a 98% accuracy rate in cash handling.  
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, contributing to a target of 90% positive customer feedback.  
- Engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and special offers, driving a 15% increase in program sign-ups.  
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.  
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals, contributing to a 10% increase in monthly revenue.  
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies and in-demand items, helping maintain stock accuracy above 95%.  
- Participate in training and development opportunities, aiming to enhance customer interaction skills and product knowledge.

**Required Qualifications**:  
- High school diploma or equivalent.  
- 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
