- Conduct regular data audits, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain a 99% accuracy rate.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports to management, facilitating timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry processes, aiming for a 20% reduction in input time.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide support to team members, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Train new employees on data entry procedures, fostering a knowledgeable work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and regulations.
**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, with a minimum speed of 50 WPM.
