  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and achieving 100% accuracy in data management.
  • Facilitate employee training programs and track participation and feedback to improve attendance by 20% year-over-year.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, using surveys and metrics to enhance satisfaction scores by 15%.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
