Key Objectives

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure office efficiency.
  • Coordinate communication and assist with scheduling to support team productivity.
  • Maintain organized records and manage office supplies to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Order and manage office supplies, tracking inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate office events or meetings.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
