Key Objectives
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning.
- Coordinate communication and schedules across departments to promote seamless collaboration.
- Maintain organized records and handle routine office tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain and update office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Support onboarding processes and assist with employee record management.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties to support team members and overall office productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
