Key Objectives

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation and records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications effectively.
  • Assist in preparing legal correspondence, reports, and filings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize legal files, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for legal staff.
  • Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents.
  • Support the preparation and submission of legal filings and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between the legal team, clients, and external partners.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal matters.
  • Maintain databases and case management systems with up-to-date information.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and budget tracking related to legal services.
  • Handle general office duties to support the overall efficiency of the legal department.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
