Key Objectives
- Provide efficient administrative and clerical support to enhance team productivity.
- Coordinate communication and scheduling to streamline office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with various organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, copying, and faxing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
