Key Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary.
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications
