Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Organize and label products in the warehouse for easy identification.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock audits as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  • Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
