**Job Title**: General Manager
**About the Role**
As the General Manager at KPCA, you will drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing productivity, increasing revenue, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
**What You'll Do**
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with KPCA’s objectives, aiming for a 15% increase in operational efficiency annually.
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve a minimum of 20% year-over-year revenue growth across all business units.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure company goals are met and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a high-performance culture by enhancing employee engagement scores by at least 10% through effective team-building initiatives.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation, achieving a reduction in operational costs by 10% within the first year.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a minimum of 95% satisfaction rate in stakeholder feedback.
- Spearhead initiatives to innovate products/services, driving at least two new offerings to market each year.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
