Key Objectives
- Deliver high-level administrative support to senior executives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted partner, anticipating executive needs and proactively resolving challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including board meetings and special events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and partners to facilitate clear communication.
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and administrative processes as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and executive productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
