Your Role

  • Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure strict confidentiality
  • Collect and input data from various sources, including online platforms, databases, surveys, and documents
  • Ensure data security and accessibility when required
  • Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and data safety

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
