NEIWPCC is seeking a full-time Environmental Analyst to serve as a regional coordinator for the Long Island Sound Partnership (LIS Partnership), assisting with the planning and implementation of activities and projects to restore and protect the water quality of the Long Island Sound. NEIWPCC is seeking a full-time Environmental Analyst to assist with the implementation of source water protection measures for public water systems throughout New York State.   What You’ll Do  As a NEIWPCC Environmental Analyst, you will work alongside internal and external partners to implement the Drinking Water Source Protection Program (DWSP2). You will: Facilitate collaboration and communication to further develop the program. Manage contracts with technical assistance providers and monitor progress of workplans, identifying potential issues and collaborating on solutions. Review and provide detailed feedback on draft plans, deliverables, and final reports. Collect, compile, organize and analyze environmental data (using GIS and R programing) to inform program reporting and implementation.
