Position Overview:
The Youth Program Coordinator (YPC) staff position is responsible for supporting all Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) youth program activities from office and field locations. Primary duties include the daily management of the youth program, coordinating logistics, school visits and recruitment events, and leading training during the Leadership Development Program (LDP). This position will split time between administrative, logistical and field support duties, including training Youth Program Leaders, coordinating with project partners and then shifting to field-based support in the summer months. Field-based work includes: providing technical guidance as necessary and ensuring compliance with MCC policies and procedures.
