Position Overview: The Development & Communications Associate plays an essential role in strengthening MCC’s mission by connecting two core communities that make our work possible: the supporters who invest in youth development and conservation, and the young adults and youth who join our programs to grow as leaders through service. This position helps ensure that donors feel inspired by the impact of their generosity while members feel welcomed, informed, and excited to join MCC. Working with the Director of Philanthropy, CEO, and program teams, the Associate supports fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship, while also producing recruitment materials and digital content that attract a diverse pool of program participants.
