NEIWPCC is seeking an Environmental Analyst to support the implementation of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act in Rhode Island, which assists local and tribal educational agencies with voluntary testing for lead contamination in drinking water at schools and child care facilities.
