We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our warehouse. This role will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, coordinating warehouse organization, and leading the restocking of customer Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all activities.
Manage shipping and receiving processes, including preparing shipments, verifying deliveries, and maintaining records.
Coordinate Vendor Managed Inventory restocking at customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Track and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
