ESurv-HELP

How can I get the text to align left on this introduction page?  All other question pages aligned left just fine.

Text editor shows left aligned text. I’ve cut-paste into Notepad and then re-pasted it into ESurv but still Center -aligns. Even 3 numbered bullets go crazy don’t align.   Last image shows preview and CENTER- alignment.
