We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants. • As an HCA, you will play a vital role in chaperoning and assisting our outpatient clinics whilst providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. • As an HCA, you will play a vital role in communicating confidently to our patients during and after their appointment. • In charge of stock taking and filling in an order form when required. • In charge of keeping the clinical environment clean in line with our Infection control policy. • Answering phone calls to book patients when necessary. • Reporting to a specialist nurse/clinic manager.
