Bancroft Construction Services (BCS) is a California women-owned and veteran-led environmental compliance company specializing in biological monitoring, stormwater compliance, restoration, and environmental documentation for transportation, utility, and renewable energy projects statewide. Founded in 2017 by U.S. Navy veteran Ashley Driscoll and led alongside U.S. Marine Corps veteran Ethan Driscoll, BCS is a certified DVBE and WBE built on service, integrity, and technical excellence.

BCS partners with public agencies, contractors, and developers to keep complex infrastructure projects—such as California High-Speed Rail, Caltrans, and LA Metro—in full compliance with state and federal environmental regulations. Our services include SWPPP design and inspections (QSD/QSP), biological and archaeological monitoring, species surveys, habitat restoration, vegetation management, hydroseeding, and certified arborist services.

Position Overview   We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support and lead construction environmental services projects with a primary focus on stormwater management, SWPPP development, implementation, and regulatory compliance inspections. This hybrid role provides an ideal balance between fieldwork—performing site inspections and documenting compliance—and office-based project management tasks, including report preparation, budgeting, and invoicing.   The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in stormwater regulations under the California Construction General Permit (CGP), proficiency with the SMARTS system, and excellent communication and project management skills.     Key Responsibilities  Stormwater  Prepare, update, and certify SWPPPs in accordance with the CGP.     Conduct   pre-, during-, and post-construction   stormwater inspections per CGP requirements....
