What You’ll Do:
Providing administrative office support as needed may include assistance with Estimating, Project Management, Payroll Department, HR or General Office duties
Scan, sort and/or route invoices for approvals
Enter Invoices in Accounting Software ( Foundation Software )
Verifying the accuracy of Invoices by cross-referencing Shipper Tickets and Purchase Orders
Gather proper releases, certified payrolls, etc. from Subcontractors
Gather proper releases from all other Vendors
Verify Pre-lims on file for each vendor
Review and rectify statements and job material tickets
Preparing all Invoices for timely payment
Negotiate Invoices and Credits as necessary
Verify vendor statements reconciliation
