The mission of the Environmental Resource Management Department (ERMD) is to protect and evaluate the Tribe's land and water resources and to facilitate the wise use and conservation of these resources by other departments. The ERMD has offices on the Hollywood, Big Cypress and Brighton Reservations.

Job Description: The incumbent in this position performs a variety of duties related to the operation, activities and maintenance for the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Billie Swamp Safari. The individual provides excellent customer service to all patrons, interacts with guests offering cultural, historical and park information; drives/leads airboat and swamp buggy tours through Billie Swamp Safari and scenic locations; conducts interpretive and educational tour and/or animal exhibits/shows and performs general maintenance duties within the park and landscape areas to ensure they preservation, cleanness and safety of all visitors; employees and animals displayed. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of three (3) years working as park attendant in a theme park, zoo or similar field is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
