Certification Compliance Program Manager   The Microsoft Devices - Safety, Compliance and Sustainability Team has a position based in New Delhi, India for an experienced Compliance Program Manager. This position is responsible for researching requirements in multiple disciplines and jurisdictions and obtaining compliance certifications for hardware products in the Asian markets. Responsibilities Responsibilities Establish and maintain global electrotechnical requirement database including jurisdictional authorities, standards reference, labeling requirements and certification procedures. Program manage all necessary worldwide electrotechnical documentation, testing, declarations and certifications. Manage product documentation, labeling and retail packaging updates resulting from regulatory requirement changes. Work closely with global cross functional groups including product planning, marketing, global subsidiaries, legal and localization services to ensure that our products meet global technical requirements. Interact directly with BIS, MEITY, and other India regulatory authorities to ensure Microsoft receives timely information on regulatory policies and submittals are completed on-time. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required. Advance degree in business or technical field desired. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hardware compliance certifications work, with a track record of effectively managing a program in a global, empowered, and changing environment. Experience and understanding of international regulatory requirements such as Electromagnetic Compatibility, RF, energy efficiency, environmental compliance and product safety. Strong program management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills. Very strong written and verbal English communication skills required. Other languages a plus.
