Montana Conservation Corps: Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) is a non-profit, AmeriCorps-affiliated organization which operates from offices in Bozeman, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula, Montana.  Our work takes place in a variety of prairie and forested locations in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota and South Dakota.  MCC strives to give its participants the experience of a lifetime through challenging conservation work and the rigors of life outdoors, coupled with education developed specifically to create engaged citizens and lifelong environmental stewards.  A term with MCC provides the ideal opportunity to discover personal growth, greater self-awareness, increased confidence, communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to meaningfully engage with those of diverse backgrounds.

Exciting opportunity to join MCC as the Program Manager in our Central Divide office. This is a predominantly administrative position with opportunities during the field season to get out in the field with overnight travel to remote outdoor locations. The Program Manager is responsible for program implementation including MCC's Leadership Development Program, completion of program objectives, and compliance with MCC policies and protocols. This position has direct supervision of staff members and Americorps program participants and also works closely with other staff, project partners, and community partners.
