Fox Run Environmental Education Center is a 501c3 nonprofit in Falmouth, Ky. We are located on a 16-acre sustainable farm with a mix of fields, woods, pond, and creek.
We provide environmental education opportunities in alternative energy, organic gardening, green building, herbal medicine, and wildlife conservation. In addition, we sell organic produce off the farm.
We are a licensed wildlife rehabilitation facility and take in 75 – 100 mammals and reptiles per year.
Internships are unpaid. We do provide room and board for interns who live over an hour from Falmouth, Ky. Interns work about 25 hours per week. Times and days will vary according to our schedule. Two-week minimum commitment required. We will gladly work with your college/professor to provide an appropriate curriculum for you to earn credits.
