Coordinate the development, implementation, certification and sustainability of the Advanced Environmental Management System (EEMS / ISO 14001) integrated into the MQAS Quality Management System, within the direction of Manufacturing Engineering (ME Mexico / SEE&ST Mexico), keeping updated the System’s documented information; as well as ensuring compliance with corporate and legal environmental and security requirements. Job Overview The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist – Transport position is responsible for implementing and administering standardized EHS processes to ensure environmental, safety and health compliance to federal, state, provincial and local regulations as well as corporate policies and procedures. The EHS Specialist is expected to contribute to the achievement of world class status and corporate savings by eliminating environmental losses, maintain regulatory compliance to environmental and safety rules, and reduce occupational injuries/illnesses. This position will specifically focus on improving the environmental performance of the facility, ensuring compliance, supporting the Environmental Management System (EMS 14001) and DOT requirements and regulations.
